This weekend may be petrolhead heaven at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, but FoS visitors can have an extra fix of high octane fuel when they get home tonight with episode 3 of series 20 of Top Gear. Tonight, it’s a Top Gear road trip, and this time they’re quite close to home – Spain. It seems the mission is to help Spain’s struggling economy by taking a trio of the very best convertible supercars to the Iberian Peninsula – the McLaren 12C Spider (not the MP4-12C any more), the Ferrari 458 Spyder and the Audi R8 V10 Spyder.
The Porsche Cajun Coupe Crossover
It’s only a week or two since we finally discovered for certain that Porsche will be building an SUV / Crossover based on the Audi Q5. And we also discovered that instead of being the Porsche Roxster – which was always a bit of joke name – Porsche’s trendy crossover would be the Porsche Cajun. And yes, we fully expect the Porsche Chilli and the Porsche Jalapeno to join in at some point in the future.

Aston Martin has confirmed it will once again make a Lagonda super-saloon - but only for Middle Eastern markets. The details of Aston’s secret plans to resurrect its luxurious nameplate for a small production run of luxury saloons were revealed in the July 2014 issue of CAR following our spy photographer captured a wedgy four-door saloon testing on the roads around Aston Martin’s Gaydon HQ in Warwickshire. The mule we snapped, like the production car set to arrive in 2015, is based on Aston’s familiar VH architecture that underpins the four-door Aston Martin Rapide.
